After much anticipation, Greggs has now confirmed it is set to open its second branch in Ely next month. In a statement, Greggs only revealed the latest branch would be opening in August, adding more details would be shared closer to its opening date. A spokesperson said: "Greggs is due to open a new shop in Ely next month. We will be able to share further details with you closer to the opening.” Greggs already has a store at EG On The Move, a petrol station based just off the A10 near Chettisham.
