Amber Irvine was spotted on July 28 at Stuart's Sports store, Windermere, and is believed to have been wearing a pink raincoat and carrying a cat in a pink carrier. Officers believe she may be using public transport and has links to Hull, Yorkshire. A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: "Officers are concerned for Amber’s welfare and are encouraging anyone who can help find her to come forward." She is described as 5ft 6, with green eyes and short brown hair.
