Residents had reported seeing a police presence on Oak Avenue, in Golborne, since Monday night this week. A spokesman from Cheshire Police confirmed that the scene was at the home address of a 34-year-old woman who had died suddenly at Warrington Hospital on Monday evening. A police scene remains in place at her home address on Oak Avenue, Golborne, and searches by officers are ongoing at the property. A Cheshire Police spokesman said: "At 8.40pm on Monday 27 July, officers were called to reports of the sudden death of a 34-year-old woman at Warrington Hospital. "A scene is currently in place at her home address on Oak Avenue, Golborne, and searches are ongoing at the property."
