Domestic-related charges faced by Sault Ste. Marie MPP Chris Scott are adjourned for three months as talks continue between the Crown and defence. The matter has been before the court more than half-a-dozen times over the past 10 months and adjourned to future dates, citing ongoing discussions. He has rarely been seen at public events since the charges were laid. Scott’s matter returns to court on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m. Scott was not in court Wednesday.
