Vlad Pomohaci, 36, of Farringdon Road, Swindon, already admitted to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance back in February, after he was caught in a Land Rover Discovery on January 31. He was also accused of 'appearing naked' in the forecourt of a Texaco petrol station on Kingshill Road that same day. The petrol station no longer belongs to Texaco and has since been taken over. An 'indicated guilty plea' occurs when a defendant informs the court that they intend to plead guilty to the charges against them, even if the formal plea has not yet been entered. Mr Pomohaci has now been released on bail and he will reappear at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday morning, August 12, when he is expected to be sentenced.
