Sreenivas Rao of the Telangana High Court on Wednesday refused to grant interim relief against arrest to trainee IPS officer Uday Krishna Reddy. It may be recalled that Uday Krishna Reddy is facing a sexual harassment case filed by a trainee IPS officer before the Attapur Police Station. The petitioner’s counsel apprehended the arrest of Uday Krishna Reddy by the police and sought protection against arrest. However, the Judge refused to grant such interim relief while directing personal notice to the complainant.
