Nor does it even come close to adequate provision of affordable housing, which we know our Sussex communities so desperately need. At CPRE Sussex we believe local voices and expertise must be at the heart of planning decisions. The changes we want to see include stronger protections for local voices, the environment and water systems, action on climate change and improved affordable housing provision. We encourage all Sussex residents to read the letter and add their own voices, opinions, and specific local concerns. MPs need to hear our local voices now, just as they need to hear them in the planning system.
