B Local Brighton, a volunteer-led network supporting certified B Corporations (B Corps) and other responsible businesses across Brighton, Hove and Sussex, is encouraging greater participation from the region’s B Corp community. Demi Heath, co-chair of B Local Brighton, said: "The new standards are a significant shift. One of 18 B Local groups in the UK, B Local Brighton supports businesses through workshops and peer-to-peer learning, including sessions on B Lab’s new certification standards. Alex Hankinson, co-chair of B Local Brighton, said: "Brighton and Sussex have a thriving, vibrant B Corp community, with so many brilliant businesses committed to doing things differently. "B Local Brighton is a friendly, supportive place to share what we’ve learned, ask questions, drive collective action and help one another make progress."
