The Salt Room, an award-winning seafood restaurant, will host an exclusive Pride Brunch on Saturday, August 1, offering a seasonal seafood sharing menu, Ultimate Provence Rosé, live DJ sets and prime parade-viewing spots. Located on the seafront terrace above King's Road, the restaurant promises a fresh perspective on the Brighton Pride Parade. The centrepiece is The Salt Room Seafood Tower, with options to add Cornish Exmoor caviar. DJ Poppie Sharman will take over from 1pm, transitioning the brunch into the Pride festivities.
