Oliver Stubbings, of Wendling Road, Sutton, appeared at Brighton Magistrates on Tuesday, July 28. Stubbings appeared in the dock wearing a grey t-shirt and light brown trousers. Magistrate chairman, Mr Nigel Peacock, declined jurisdiction so the case has been sent to crown court for trial. Mr Peacock told Stubbings to appear at Lewes Crown Court on August 25 for a plea, trial and preparation hearing. Stubbings has pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
