Barry Coleman pleaded guilty to robbery with use of force and possession of a firearm by a felon in connection with the kidnapping of Jamal White. "The allegations here are that, candidly, the defendant at gunpoint kidnapped another child," said Judge David Borowski. Other men charged in connection with the crime have said Coleman was the mastermind behind a plan to rob the child's parents, according to prosecutors. Coleman faces a maximum of 25 years, with 15 years of initial confinement followed by 10 years of extended supervision.
