ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A neighbor has shared video of lightning hitting a home in Victor during the storms on Tuesday morning. The Victor Fire Department says the lightning strike caused the home’s circuit breakers to trip and outlets and switches to become scorched. Firefighters responded to the home just before 6 a.m.Tuesday’s storms also left around 2,700 people without power, and the outages have since been fixed.
