A Tampa man has been found guilty of first-degree murder after he killed a man who had come over for a threesome in April 2023. A jury found Dewayne Gallishaw guilty of murdering a man he and his then-boyfriend invited over to their apartment on March Harbor Place in Tampa for a sexual encounter, as reported by WFLA. Dewayne Gallishaw will be sentenced to life in prison Aug. 28, the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office, 13th Judicial Circuit, said. Prosecutors said Gallishaw was living with his boyfriend at the apartment when the couple invited the victim over. While the two other men were together, prosecutors said Gallishaw went into a bedroom, retrieved a handgun, returned and pointed it at his boyfriend before shooting the other man in the head, killing him.
