Adilabad: A four-year-old girl who was kidnapped from a village in Adilabad district was rescued safely within just six hours after an intensive police search involving CCTV analysis and technical surveillance. Two women were arrested in connection with the case, and the child was reunited with her relieved parents on Wednesday. Swift rescue following mother’s complaintThe rescue followed a swift operation launched by Adilabad district police after the child’s mother lodged a complaint at Talamadugu Police Station. Police said the accused brought the child to Adilabad town and later handed her over to another woman, Bharati, near the bus stand. The search operation paid off when police found the girl at Mahalakshmiwada in Adilabad town at around 11 pm.
