When a bunch of sidemen for other bands form their own band, you've got a lot of pros making some great music as is the case for the band Cliffs. Cliffs is fronted by lead vocalist Chris McConnell, Steve Kovach on guitar, Ray Akers on bass, Seth Jenkins on guitar, and Rowan Stewart on drums. Their excellent self-titled album was produced by guitarist Tom Bukovac who's worked with Tom Petty, Sheryl Crow, Black Keys, and thousands of others.
