Investing.com -- Direxion on Wednesday launched a new family of exchange-traded funds designed to generate income by writing call options on individual high-volatility stocks, expanding beyond its traditional leveraged and inverse ETF offerings.
The new Defined Income Boost lineup comprises six ETFs linked to Nvidia, Tesla, Alphabet, Meta Platforms, Palantir Technologies and Micron Technology.
The funds seek to provide income through covered call strategies based on rules-driven Cboe indexes while remaining unleveraged.
The asset manager said the products are aimed at investors seeking income exposure from fast-growing companies that pay little or no dividends.
