After the protected party arrived and granted officers permission to search the home, police found no one inside.
The woman told officers she had an active Protection From Abuse order against Needle, which police confirmed through the Schuylkill County Communication Center.Investigators allege the woman showed officers numerous text messages in which Needle threatened to kill her and her boyfriend and burn the house down.
Police said the woman also reported receiving repeated calls and text messages from Needle throughout the day and night despite the active PFA order.According to the criminal complaint, investigators allege Needle admitted entering the residence while asking about his speakers.
Court records indicate Needle has not been taken into custody, and the charges remain active.
