Minor injuries were reported following a two-vehicle head-on collision just northeast of Carroll this (Wednesday) morning. According to an initial report from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at approximately 8:09 a.m. south of the intersection of Noble Avenue and 190th Street. Both drivers were treated at the scene by Carroll County Emergency Medical Services and were later transported to St. Anthony Regional Hospital with suspected minor injuries. Reiman indicated to law enforcement she may have experienced a medical episode prior to the collision but was cited for failure to yield half of the roadway. The Carroll Police Department, Carroll Fire Department, Carroll County Emergency Management, and Carroll Communications Center assisted in Wednesday morning’s response.
