The Vegetarian Butcher Collective is restructuring how it supplies foodservice customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland from August 1, 2026. Under a new agreement with Bochum-based DFS Dewender Food Service GmbH & Co. KG, order processing, warehousing, fulfilment, delivery, and invoicing for the company’s foodservice brands in the region will pass to DFS on that date. Germany, Austria, and Switzerland together form one of the first and largest markets where the Collective is rolling out this fulfilment model.
