The flats will be built on the first and second floors above the Costa coffeeshop on the corner of Exchange Street and London Street. According to the plans, put forward by REIBA Ltd, the properties will range between one and three bedrooms. It comes as City Hall officials have also approved another two applications to convert the first and second floors above Taco Bell and neighbouring Space NK, a beauty retailer, into flats. However, City Hall planners explained REIBA Ltd would need to make developers and future tenants of the flats aware.
