‘High risk’ offender who fled Norfolk over arson attack arrested on Isle of Wight

Riley Easterbrook, 34, was the subject of a national arrest warrant issued after he was deemed ‘high risk’ at Norwich Magistrates’ Court.
Probation officers told the court he was deemed "high risk of causing serious harm to the public and to known individuals".
Appearing before the court in Norwich he pleaded guilty to arson and criminal damage and admitted breaching conditions of his suspended sentence including not engaging with alcohol treatment or work to address his behaviour.

The court was told he was now resident on the Isle of Wight where he was now engaging with offender managers.
