Nurture Early Learning is seeking approval to construct a childcare centre, valued at $2.8m, on a vacant block of land beside the new Eglinton Village shopping centre on Imperial Entrance and Marmion Avenue. The Eglinton centre would be Nurture’s fourth in Perth if approved, with the provider currently operating two centres in Victoria Park, and one in Murdoch. The development application report describes the proposed childcare centre as an “innovatively designed building” within an emerging neighbourhood centre.
