The City of Subiaco recently finished a makeover to the Rowland Street precinct, which included revitalising the carpark with new pavement, upgraded footpaths and pram ramps, improved drainage, refreshed line marking and signage, and added landscaping. The mural weaves together scenes from old parade photographs, incorporating recognisable local landmarks, including the Subiaco Hotel and the historic Hay Street and Rokeby Road intersection.
