Regis Aged Care has lodged plans to build a $50 million four-storey facility in Shenton Park. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage is seeking public feedback on the proposed development at the corner of Seymour Avenue and Goatcher Vista in Montario Quarter. The 9068sqm site is part of the Shenton Park Hospital redevelopment area, and close to Shenton Park station. Some 74 carparking bays will be provided, with 22 for exclusive use by staff and the rest for staff and visitors. “This level of amenity is a hallmark of life within residential aged care, enhancing the everyday experience for those who wish to live here.”
