WEST FARGO, N.D. – Authorities in West Fargo responded to a mental health incident Wednesday morning. Authorities responded just before 10:30 a.m. to the 1300 block of 4th Street Northwest. At that location, reports of a mental health-related call with weapons that were known to be in the residence. Shortly after contact was made, the person exited the residence and was taken to the hospital to receive additional mental health resources. West Fargo Police were assisted by the fire department, Sanford Ambulance and the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
