ROCHESTER — A local buyer paid $1.94 million for an 98-year-old apartment building in Rochester’s Pill Hill neighborhood.
Oronoco-based Pahl Properties, LLC, led by Emily Pahl, bought the Pill Hill Apartments complex at 730 Fifth St. SW on July 20.
Pahl purchased the Pill Hill Apartments from Blue Sky Properties of Rochester, LLC, led by Ravindra Kadiri, according to state documents.
Blue Sky acquired the property in 2023, when it bought it from Sunshine Properties and Investments for $1.52 million.
This is the sixth time Pill Hill Apartments has changed hands in the past 21 years.
