The Kansas Department of Transportation will temporarily close the E. Annie Scheer Road access from U.S. 83, south of Garden City, beginning Monday, July 27. The ramp connecting U.S. 83B to U.S. 83 will remain closed for the duration of the project. The project spans approximately 12.7 miles, from about 2.5 miles north of the Haskell-Finney county line to the bridge over the Arkansas River.
