A woman and man, who are partners, were arguing when an attempt was made to strike the man with a vehicle on Gray Line in Tilbury on Tuesday shortly before 6 p.m., police said. Officers located the vehicle, pulled it over and formed grounds to believe the driver was impaired by alcohol, police said.
