Held on the last Thursday of every month, the event transforms the city centre into a hub of family activities, music, food and drink offers, and community gatherings, drawing visitors of all ages into venues across Limerick. Families can look forward to an evening of traditional storytelling at The Hunt Museum, where Dáithí Collopy will bring Limerick’s folklore and history to life from 5pm. The Limerick Milk Market will host a mobile zoo, face painting and live music from Neil Murray, also from 5pm, while Wickham Way will stage a Michael Jackson-themed dance showcase suitable for all ages. Culture lovers are well catered for, with a rehearsed reading of Stephen Karam’s award-winning play The Humans at The Gaff, a gathering of acclaimed Irish fantasy authors at O’Mahony’s Bookshop, and a guided walking tour exploring the Siege of Limerick at key historic sites including John’s Gate and the Black Battery.
