The man whose survival as a newborn was officially recognized by the Vatican as a miracle is now behind bars.
Tyquan Johnson, 19, wanted in connection with a double shooting in Newport, was arrested in Newport News, Virginia, by the U.S.
Police are still searching for the second suspect and last week released surveillance images in hopes of identifying him.
His recovery was ultimately recognized by the Vatican as the miracle advancing Father Valera’s path toward sainthood.
