Federated Hermes has been granted planning consent to redevelop a 60,268 sq ft warehouse at Fleets Corner Business Park in Poole, Dorset. The £2.4m programme for Unit A3 at Fleets Corner comprises replacing the roof with a new metal roofing system incorporating new rooflights and creating a mezzanine level with 3,682 sq ft of modern office accommodation, complementing the existing offices on site. The project is scheduled forMeanwhile, at Fareham Reach Business Park in Gosport, Federated Hermes has secured a 19,000 sq ft letting to The Jessie Leigh Dance & Cheer Academy, while GSF Car Parts has agreed a lease on Unit 810.
