Cushman & Wakefield and Northstar Property Partners are selling the 123-year-long lease interest in 8 Berkeley Square in Mayfair, London, with a £27.5m guide price.
Brought to the market on behalf of an undisclosed seller, the 10,131 sq ft, grade-II listed Georgian building has five floors and includes a first-floor balcony overlooking the square.
Paul Gummer, partner, London office capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “This is one of the most recognisable hospitality assets in Mayfair overlooking one of London’s most coveted garden squares.
“The Cubitt provenance, setting and calibre of neighbours give it a quiet authority, while the scale and licensing mean it can flex.
Opportunities to both own and create something this special come to market once in a decade at most.”
