Housebuilder Vistry Group and Homes England have exchanged contracts for the development of 123 homes and an 80-bed care home on the former South Staffordshire College site in Tamworth. Demolition work, led by Homes England, is under way and due for completion this summer, when point Vistry will submit a reserved matters planning application.
