Marsha Elaine Neer, 74, Syracuse, died Monday, July 27, 2026. She was born Nov. 17, 1951, in Goshen, the daughter of Kenneth and Betty Neer. She is survived by her son, Jody Michael Neer (Megan); four grandchildren; siblings, Linda Vucich (Nick), Thomas Wainwright (Vicky) and Roger Neer (Marilyn); many nieces and nephews; and extended family members and friends. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
