The next and final Food Truck Takeover for the season at HSLC will be Thursday, August 13 from 11am until 2pm, and there has been a change of vendors. Due to an unexpected situation for the owner, Karlie’s Burgers & More will not be able to be there. Stepping in to save the day is Flappers Fins & Fries, which was a huge hit when they visited in June. HSLC officials and food truck owners expressed their appreciation for the support from the community this summer, which has exceeded their expectations.
