The Findlay Police Department has announced the promotion of Kasey Schroeder to the rank of Sergeant. Sergeant Schroeder was sworn in by Mayor Christina Muryn Tuesday morning at the Findlay Municipal Building. Sergeant Schroeder began her law enforcement career with the Findlay Police Department in August of 2018, after completing her Ohio Peace Officer Certification at Rhodes State College. Sergeant Schroeder is married to her husband Matt and they have two children. Sergeant Schroeder will be assigned to the Patrol Division.
