The newly formed entity, to be named Voyage 1 Africa, will be fully integrated into Voyage 1’s existing destination network, reinforcing the company’s ownership-led operating model across key international markets. Shobhna Govan, who brings more than two decades of experience managing South African and wider African safaris, will continue to lead the new entity.
