Fosmanogepix is being evaluated in the ongoing FAST phase 3 study for candidemia and/or invasive candidiasis and the FORWARD phase 3 study for invasive mould infections. Both programmes target serious fungal infections with high unmet medical need, including infections affecting immunocompromised patients.
