Police have been spotted outside Hutcheon Court in Aberdeen. A car could be seen parked outside the tower block on Wednesday afternoon. Another could be seen on Catherine Street, after an incident understood to have taken place earlier in the afternoon. The nature of the incident is currently unclear. Police have been contacted.
