Police descended on Riverside Drive in Aberdeen today following concerns for a person. Multiple police vehicles could be seen parked by the side of the River Dee this afternoon. Officers had also put a cordon in place around a fisherman’s bothy on the banks of the river. Police have confirmed their attendance was in relation to “concern for a person”. Pictures show two cars and a marked van at the scene in the south of Aberdeen.
