Father and son duo John Hall Snr and John Hall Jnr are both accused of disorderly conduct while attending protests, organised by their Unite The Clans group, outside the homes of sex offenders. Hall Snr, 44, was the only man to appear in the dock last Friday, following his arrest two days before, and an arrest warrant was issued for his son. Hall Jnr, 27, appeared in the dock today. Hall Jnr made no plea to the four charges against him and the case was continued to a further hearing. Hall Jnr, who shares a Sandilands Drive address with his father, has been accused of breaching the peace across all of his charges.
