BETHLEHEM, N.Y. (WNYT) — Bethlehem Police said they arrested one driver and ticketed a motorcyclist after investigating a fatal crash in Glenmont. According to a Bethlehem Police, the charges stem from the April 27 crash at the intersection of Route 9W and Magee Drive. Police said the SUV was traveling south on Route 9W on Route 28 and collided with a motorcycle traveling northbound on Route 9W. Thompson was charged with one count of driving while ability impaired by drugs, two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
