TROY, N.Y. (WNYT) — A Troy man was arrested after police said they found him near a damaged Flock camera and linked him to the vandalism. Troy Police said officers responded at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, to a report of someone damaging the camera near 126th Street and 2nd Avenue. Harrington was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and attempted second-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Troy City Court and released.
