An application has been lodged seeking permission to change the use of 43 Brownlow Road from a family home into a six-bedroom HMO, with each bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom.
The proposal would see the property's exterior remain unchanged, with no extensions or alterations to its footprint or appearance.
Instead, the changes would focus on the interior, creating six single-occupancy bedrooms alongside a shared kitchen and living area.
According to the planning statement, all six bedrooms would exceed Bolton Council's minimum space standards for HMOs.
The plans also include secure cycle parking for six bicycles, a dedicated refuse storage area and a private rear garden for residents.
