This was the highest rating in the borough for ease of phone contact, with Dr Rizwan and Dr Awan surgery coming in second with 89 per cent and Dr Naseef Surgery third at 88 per cent. These figures are in stark contrast to the lowest rated surgery for phone contact, which was Unsworth Group Practice, where only 21 per cent of 77 respondents saying they were 'easy to contact over the phone.
