"We're not just delivering more social homes - we're delivering homes that better reflect the needs of the people waiting for them. Around 60 per cent of the new social homes delivered in Auckland are one- and two-bedroom properties. "These 3,034 additional social homes in Auckland form part of more than 8,400 additional social housing places delivered across New Zealand since November 2023.
