League of Legends players trying to jump into Ranked today have hit an unexpected roadblock.
Riot Games has temporarily disabled Ranked queues following the end of the latest competitive split, leaving matchmaking unavailable for now.
Riot temporarily disables Ranked queuesAccording to Riot Games’ Service Status page, the current Ranked split officially ended on July 29 at 12:29 GMT+5:30.
As a result, Ranked queues have been taken offline while Riot prepares the transition to the next phase of the season.
However, Riot has classified this as a planned service change linked directly to the Ranked split ending rather than an unexpected outage.
