At Tuesday’s show, he apologized to concertgoers for his previous absence, but did not offer an explanation. Rapper French Montana and Maine-based artist C-Dot 416 opened Tuesday’s show to a mostly empty audience, but fans rallied when Lil Wayne showed. There are at least eight shows planned for the Maine Savings Amphitheater between the end of July and mid-September.
