Authorities in Daviess County have filed additional felony charges against an Altamont man in connection with allegations involving sexual contact or harassment involving four individuals. Additional charges include two counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of fourth-degree child molestation. Court documents state the alleged victims were younger than 18 years old. In a separate Daviess County case, Talbott is also charged with one count of second-degree child molestation and three counts of first-degree sexual abuse. A court appearance in that case is scheduled for Aug. 4.
