Pablo DeJesus Peralta Anguis, 27, received the sentence from U.S. District Judge Roseann A. Ketchmark after pleading guilty to possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and unlawful re-entry after removal. Also inside the vehicle were an adult passenger, a juvenile passenger, and Anguis. According to court records, Ayala told investigators that he, the other adult passenger, and Anguis traveled to Omaha, Nebraska, to collect narcotics in exchange for approximately $2,000 for transporting the drugs. Ayala previously pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. The other adult passenger also pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and unlawful reentry after removal.
